What is Canada Open Work Permit?

Open work permits are immigration documents that allow temporary residents to work in Canada. Unlike a typical work permit, an open work permit is not tied to a specific employer, job, or location. This means that holders of open work permits can take on most jobs without needing further immigration approval and can switch employers without needing additional permits.
